IMO go with 2 small heaters not one big one.
If you have a heater brake or stay on with one big one it will take no time for temp to go over temp.
If you have 2 small ones you will see temp going up and fix it.

2 50w will work.
Set one for the temp you like and one just a little lower.

Get 2 150w put one on the (L) and one on the (R)side of the tank.(IMO)
