Isopod?

I would rule out cirolanid isopod based on the absence of huge dark compounded eyes. Kinda hard to see from this angle...but I like to be optimistic. You definitely don't want the cirolanids...scary $..hit without a doubt
How fast do they move?
Bang Guy is very knowledgeable on the subject of these little 8@stards..err..rolly polly creatures (I am a little bitter towards these parasites). So maybe he will chime in with more definitive info.

Isopod? If not, then what? Good? I have tons of them.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT COOL BUGS THATS IN SALTWATER TANKS
"Pods are good" or "your tank needs pods." So what are they? They are tiny little bugs running around on your rockwork, on the glass and in micro / macro algae. Usually people see amphipods in their system, which are small and look a little like tiny shrimp. Even smaller are the above, which resemble opaque ants. This Isopod may be food to many fish, including wrasses. Usually these tiny guys hitchhike in on LR or corals, and in a predator-free zone they are quite interesting to observe. Reef-safe.

The critter pictured is a Munnid Isopod. They are very beneficial for eating microalgae, detritus, and for being excellent fish food.

Thanks Bang Guy. They are multiplying quickly and i don't have any fish to help yet (soon hopefully). Is there any reason to be concerned?

No, no reason to be concerned. Their populations are self correcting.
