it IS possible?

Having a 20-25gal aquarium for saltwater IS possible???? The guy at the store said it needs to be 55gal or more. Any suggestions?

silly LFS guy ... I had a 5 gallon and now have a 20 Gallon ... they are a lot hard to maintain as you have a lot less leeway in water qaulity issues.
Is it possible - HECK YES
Is it easier than a 55 - I don't think so ....
Take your time, plan it out ... do research ... ask QUESTIONS!

If you're new to the hobby then a nano tank (<30 gallons) isn't the place to start. Things happen in small tanks too fast to control by a novice.
I'm not a big fan of 55 gallon tanks, I think they're too skinny. I would suggest something like a 75. Sorry to bump up the size on you but there's a world of difference.
