It this a good sign??

I have now discovered 6 of those strawberry anemones! Is this good? Does it mean anything about the balance of my tank and it's levels? Thanks!!!!!

could be but not sure strawberry anemones usually do best in cold water aquariums also its best to put iodine supplements in the tank wich will help them a good bit

If your tank seems to look healthy then it probably is. You won't know for sure until you test your water parameters a few times.

I would have to agree that as the first time, you would be able to see if your tank is ok, if its looks okay. There is really no benchmark without having to test the components and let everything sit together first. But I guess that if you set it up and supply things properly, then there would be a reason for it to falter. I am not sure if those strawberries are the big of an indication, to say the least.

My nitrates are between 0 and 5 and the temp is usually just below 80F I will have to retest my Ph I don't remember what it was. I will find the Iodine I think I may have some. THANKS

Hi Welcome to the site.
Do not dose iodine
, don't dose anything unless you have tested for it, and the test says it's low and you need it. If you do regular water changes you should not have to dose any suppliments like iodine.

iodine is a trace element - and is not necessary to add unless certain situations arise. With a small water chance - the salt mix will replace any iodine lost.
You have to remember that our tanks are closed systems - and that everything in the tank gets used, reused and used again. Iodine is always present - just sometimes in one form and not the other. Don't dose unless you can test, etc etc.
I wouldn't worry about dosing any trace elements until you completely understand the balance of pH, Calcium, Magnesium and Alkalinity in a saltwater aquarium. Those are the chemical balances to worry about and study the most.
Good luck and I hope to see you around!
