Some of my zoos did the same thing when I first added them.
Must have scared it out of 'em!

It is my understanding that what you are seeing is an expulsion of excess zooxanthellae. This seems to happen when coral is moved from a low to a high lighting area. it can also occur as regular maintenance, kinda like doing a water change but the coral is doing a zooxanthellae change.
