Hello, I purchased a slimline 50 from a man on this board and the post office cracked it and refuses to pay insurance on it so if anyone is interested.
I have bioballs and a overflow package I would like to sell them. The sump itself could be used as a refugium I repaired it and it does hold water if you may be interested.

That stinks. Why won't they pay insurance on it? Was it insured?

Yea it was insured. I filed the claim on it and they said since package was not damaged they denied it.

well if the packaging wasnt damaged then it could be that the fella you bought it from broke it?

I actually got the sump from a guy on this board. I honestly dont think that he would have done this. He has been very helpful in providing information the post office needed.
