well, its official
the freshwater crew has headed back to my lfs for that pathetic return we call "store credit" the UV should be here any day now.
what is the best way to hook it up to my fluval 304?
also, what is the best media selection to do with saltwater? my last saltwater tank was an eclipse 29g, and all i had was the pad with the carbon built into it, and i had unbelievable success until the long nose butterfly got in there. should i stick with the standard carbon/ammonia remover/bio max set up? i would think not, because the lr and ls should be the "replacement" of the bio max? if true, then this leaves an open media basket in my cannister. would some lr rubble in a filter bag be good in there?
