...post a pic that I KNOW will tick off the tang police.
The hippo has been with me for close to two years now...origionally was in the 55 display with the foxface. The unicorn was added a few months ago on accident. I had placed a order and the vendor sent it for free...my wife was home when they came in and the bag was leaking so she quickly acclamated it and put it in my display. She was thinkin' quick and wanted to safe the fish and I was maybe 4-5 hours away from home....she had good intentions...but on seeing it I immediately thought that it would have been much better in one of my clients 220 display instead of my lil bitty 100. In time it'll be moved to the 220 but for now I absolutely love it!!! The most personallity of any tang I've ever seen...acts more like a dog than a friggin' fish.
Anyway here is the pic....it turned out so well that I printed a 8x10 of it to hang on my wall.....sooooooooooooooo..."tang police" beware........what you are about to see may cause anger and negative comments.....:D

DO YOU KNOW THAT FISH WILL OUTGROW YOUR SYSTEM?????

Take it out NOW and bring it back. Irresponsible. Can't believe you are a mod HERE.
FROM SWF:
The Vlamingi Tang, a.k.a. Bignose Unicornfish, is a large species of the Surgeonfishes that has a light blue body color that is covered in navy blue vertical lines and spots. These fish are a very docile Tang species and do well with other Tangs, as well as other fish. The Vlamingi Tang should be kept in a minimum tank size of 250 gallons. Keep only one per tank. They are voracious algae eaters.
There, I think I covered most of the typical Tang police tactics. :D

DO YOU HAVE METAL HALIDES FOR THAT CLAM????????

Oh, I see...so you care about providing for the clam but not for the tang. Fine. What's so different, huh?? I'll just hope you end up so riddled with guilt that you don't enjoy the tang at all.

: :D

But....But....butttttttt
The tang will be fine for a short while...and it will eventually be placed in the clients 220.....seriously.....but with each passing day it"ll get harder and harder to part with him. I knoe it'll probably be in my display for no more than a few more months....but I plan to enjoy those months.
The print request can be done. I still have the full sized origional on my hard drive. If you seriously want to print a 8x10 of it leave a email and I'll gladly forward it.

LOL. A couple months back I saw a vlamingi in a 150 gal or so that was at least 12in if not longer. It was pretty sad, it only had a little cave where it would hang out. Beautiful fish but irresponsible of the guy who was keeping it. Fed it nothing but coy pellets too, so hows that for something to piss off the tang police.
