Its a unicorn tang....Naso unicornis...and it is known to grow to over 24"....
It was a gift of sorts and in time I plan to move it to a clients 220 display. I've rarely ever seen them at LFS and know of only a couple hobbyists that keep them...primarily due to their size potential.
