japanese pygmy angel and Flame Fin Tomini Tang

I baught the Flame Fin Tomini Tang today and acclimed as swf.com recomends thats all fine.
Then after 3 hours of accliming i put in the Flame Fin Tomini Tang
with the JPA.
it seemed all was fine left lights off for over 5 hours turned lights on no more then an hour and a half ago and saw the tang in the corner and i saw the angel raging at it when the cleaner wrasse came to inspect.
and everytime the Flame Fin Tomini Tang sees the JPA it rises to the powerhead for cover.
will this last or will i have to choose between the two tonight and take one back to the lfs tomorro?
if so i know who will be going.

tank length is 201cm long 50cm wide and 75cm.
watchman gobie,clowns x2, cleaner wrasse, jpa,the flame fin tang,purple dotty back, then the clean up crew thats about it.
plenty of hiding space but she won't go near anything but the corner of the tank....

753 litres or 205 gallons. If that's correct, there should be plenty of room.
Do you have another tank or something that you could keep the angel in for a few days....sometimes if you take out the bully and keep it in isolation for a bit, they calm down. Fish have such short memory, they forget their place fairly quickly.
