Well here some pictures of my new 75g. It's already through it's cycle but I'm putting in 80 more #'s of LR. I already have 50#'s LR and 80#'s of LS.Also got my first corals tonight and will move them to my QT when I add the other LR.
Let me know what you think and any suggestions would be greatful!

looks awesome. How long did it take until your water looked clear? I just setup my nano tank on WED and it looks really MILKY in the tank.

Jason, it took a month to cycle? Wow. Did you add live sand in the begining?
Do you have any FUJI rock in there?

Well it took more time than it should because I didn't know what I was doing.I got this tank from my grandfather who has had it since 1978!!! He still had books, chemicals, and lighting from 1978 as well!!!He was topping off the tank with city water and only had about 10#'s of base rock in it and wondered why his snails, and fish died all the time. Since I got it I put in LS ,LR, 125G protien skimmer, 3 power heads,2 175w 10000k MH,2 54w T5 actinic bulbs ,3 LED moon lights, and I have 80 #'s of LR coming tomorrow.I saved the water that was in the tank when I got it and I think that had alot to do with it tanking so long to cycle .

Did your water look Milky like mine at first? I just poured the salt water in there, and I got the salt water right from the Pacific Ocean (*****). Anyhow, my tank looks so MILKY. Yours looks awesome. I want my water to look like that. I would add another filter but with these NANO TANKS you really cant.

Your tank should clear up in a few days after everything settles down.I just started a 30 G tank last thursday and it took about 4 days for it to clear up.I guess it depends on how fine your sand is and how good the filter is?One morning you'll wake up and it will be clear.
