Jebo 180 for $30.00 (brand new)

I just bought a brand new Jebo 180 off ---- for 39.99 + 7 S&H.
The thing has been lauded as being a great, low cost skimmer. However, no one explained that this skimmer is too large for a 10 gallon tank. The power head is powerful, but way too large for my tank.
Anyway, if anyone wants a brand new skimmer that has been submerged once, but never used - rinsed with fresh water afterwards - let me know.
I'll sell the thing for 30.00. I'm in Chicago if that helps.

I just went to UPS.com and it said that a 3lb package from chicago to louisville is 7.70 for ground.

I'm willing to ship this thing out to anyone that wants it, but I need to know how selling this type of stuff works?
I have paypal, and I'd be more than willing to accept a money order, but is there some process we would have to go through?
I mean, what's to say that I wont accept a payment, and simply NOT ship the item? Does Paypal assist in brokering deals by creating legal documents to satisfy a contract?
Does anyone know the procedure?
Or better yet, does anyone implicitly trust me enough to send the money, and wait for me to send the skimmer?

I was reading around on this forum and realized that another option would be to set up an ---- auction.
If anyone is willing to pay an extra dollar or two, I'll set up the ---- auction.

It'll costs 6.00 for shipping with USPS, 7 for UPS. I think the USPS is closer to where I live.

I just got in some bulbs from online, which came in a nice box with bubble wrap. I'll put the skimmer (in its original box) inside the larger box with bubble wrap and ship it off.
