I have one a similiar one and I had to unscrew and remove the endcap and add the feet. It didn't sit very high and ultimately I sunk two sheet rock bolts in the ceiling and used Spiderwire fishing wire to suspend it. Looks great.
The metal is really soft so don't over tighten the screws.
A lot of folks have replaced the ballast and like the results much better.

Do yourself a favor and return it right away. They make horrible lighting. The ballasts catch fire just for fun. And they as far as I know, have closed their doors. In the USA.
