Has anyone had any experience with Jebo pcs? I have a chance to pick-up a Jebo hood for my QT tank. Price is good but what are the fixtures like?
Thanks.
what lighting hood are you looking at???
I ask cuz i have a jebo skimmer that i hate, it over flows all the time and skimmes like crap so if the quality reflects on there lighting then don't buy it...
dont pay very much cause they are cheap although I have had a 48" oddysea wich is the same as jebo I believe have had it for 6 years and only prob was I lost one of the fans after 2 years now I have a 48" odyssea mh
and my old pc on my qt
Just looking for general input I guess, Like I said its just for my QT tank and these lights are cheep I just dont want to have to buy a new ballast or new set after 3 months.

I have an Odyssea skimmer and it works fine. If it is overflowing you don't know how to adjust it. Granted my CPR is better, I have no complaints about the cheaper one.
Cheaper is just that, cheaper. You'll always take the risk of it breaking or going bad sooner because you aren't willing to fork over the money for quality goods.

That only way to adjust it is air flow valve the less air = more water which = overflow i have pulled the air valve off so its getting all the air it can get and it still overflowed. Plus the O-ring went bad after about a month so i had to silacone the cup to the skimmer now i can't take it off...

I would rather spend money on my DT. If I could I would hang a bare lightbulb over my QT, but that just looks bad
In this hobby you need to save money anywhere you can.
to look at fish, and give them light enough to see their food, and be presentable to company, i say GO JEBO!
seriously, they will fire the bulbs. what more do you want for a QT?
