well my 250 sprung a leak. i shut down the sump,it still got water on the stand,i felt water on the glass on the top right side so i lowered the level 4 inches and thats the spot.the top front cornes seam 4 inches down has a leak.yesterday the realtor who represents the owner of the rent house i am in said they want me out by the end of this month.lol i just paid augusts rent 3 days ago.i told him end of september .i will pay for september and if they still want me out go through the courts .that will take 3-6 months and dont plan i me paying for september.so see what happens with that.my mastiff cut the end of his tail on something ,well it looks like 10 people were murdered in this house blood everywhere.halfway up the walls. now the worst one ,my brother just started a divorce. his kids are his life.the wife dont cook any dinners or do anything with the kids.the other day she was cooking.my brother asked what it was.she was cooking for a male friend of hers.so my brother gotr mad and yelled at her i guess.well she went to the police and said he yelled and threw pots and pans at her(a lie) well somehow she got a restraining order on him.the police threw him out of the house.hiw house he had before he met her.he cant see his kids until court which is tomorrow.she even put the dog in the restraining order so he cant see the dog.she always kept telling him to get rid of the dog.really someone can just go to the police and lie ,get an order and this is fair? cps has documents from her abuse (which are too many and a long story.they took all my brothers guns and since my brother has to stay at my parants they took my fathers guns too.what a messed up system
well thanks for letting me spill this out i think i feel a bit better now

Sorry about the hard times buddy. Will you be able to keep the tank running 4" low until you can move into the new place??

Know someone who went through a similar incident with his soon to be ex wife. She was a dispatcher for the sheriffs office to boot. She pulled that abuse thing on him then dropped the charges when she thought she had him broke to lead. She tried it again a few months later and he put his own head through the wall just before the cops showed up. Based on the physical evidence he got her tossed out of his house which he also owned before meeting the sow.
When asked in court your brother should say "Yes your honor, I did yell at her but never threw anything or threatened her in any way. All she ever feeds our kids is snack food and when she announced the rare home cooked meal she was preparing was for her and the guy she's having an affair with it greatly upset me. I allowed her to push my buttons and I wont allow her to drag me down to that level again"

well my brother wont even get on the phone with me. he text me he will call when he gets his composure. i talked to my mom yesterday and she was crying bad. my brother was there but couldnt talk .his kids are his life .hopefully tomorrow at court the judge has some common sense but who knows these days. she told the police she is scared because he has guns and is a black belt(which he is) but no way would he throw stuff or hit her.plus i aint too sure his lawyer is too swift.actually he has 2 lawyers he aint messin around with the custody of the kids. but my mom said they wont even let him go get clothes from the house which is BS. just call the cops and they meet you there.everyone knows that.
well my tank is running fine 4 inches low.i am moving in about 6 weeks and i will re-silicone it on the move.
i have 3 other tanks i can use while i fix it.45-55-55 gallons.
on a good note my water well was drilled today on my land and is flowing water. at least something is going right.

First, your brother has his own karma to worry about. So the great forces are not mad at you.
The leak could have been much worse, and all the little critters could have been on the floor. So I kind of see your glass half full here. Maybe I have you mixed up with someone else (I'm good for doing that) but aren't you building your own house anyway?
I wouldn't say anything to my brother...they might kiss and make-up. He will be willing to forgive but the rest of the family won't, it could become a big ol mess where the family is treated like the enemy in the end. The police have to treat every complaint as though they are true.
Now be honest...your brother has guns, and you say his kids are his life and he is devestated. That my friend is a recipe for a family dispute to get real ugly, real quick. The courts will look and see, does she have any bruises or cuts from the "pot and pans he threw at her"?...Has he ever hit her and the police have to be called to the house before?...Has she been in the hospital ER claiming she fell a bit too often to be an accident?...if the answer is no, then he will in a worse case...win partial custody and in todays world maybe even full custody, and she get partial with every other weekend visits.
This will all settle down and be alright. It is a sad terrible thing when a family falls apart. Divorce is such a tragic thing that happens way too often. The kids suffer the most. So comfort your brother and assure him it will all work out. Help him stay focused on the possitive as much as possible. Let him rant about his wife, but you stay mute on the subject... you never know what the future holds for their relationship. I have even seen divorcees reconnect..to which I was one of such a case. It does happen, so never say never.

they have had lawyers 2 other times in the last 2 years for divorce and made up.not this time.now even her parents dont likr her. they are going to show up in court for my brother.they said they love their daughtwer but dont like her as a person.the cops have never been to his house before.the neighbors will give testomony of when the kids are in her care when gregg is not there that the kids are outside doing whatever they want and she is in the house doing whatever.he has a good case for custody but the way judges are these day who knows.she dont work and when she gets a job quits after a few months. now she is on comp. for a sprained wrist since january.
as for the tank yea it could have blew the wall out so i plan to drop the water another 2 inches and re silicone the seam .

Wow so hell broke lose... this is every tanker's nightmare and I'm glad that you caught it before it blew the wall like you said.
About your brother, we spoke of this before and honestly we do crazy things for love and I hope that judge will practice some common sense and do the right thing here.
I'm here for you and will be praying for you guys.
Oh and that realtor is a douche.
Just saying.
Just keep swimming my friend. Like you said, glass is only half full, not half empty.

Yea man, looks like I'm taking a earlier one with wife on end of August.. sucks that you have to go to a wedding in Buffalo.
She has one more week of vacation left so we will try to plan something.
I'm heading off to Mexico, Belize, Honduras and Grand Cayman Island in Aug 25th for a week. Skip wedding and join us. Weddings are overrated lol.
