no man, not like that.. go down below where u click to submit and u will see where to upload it.. its the tab called manage attatchments... click on that then browse for your pic, click upload and you are done.. dont worry about the add pic that is above where u write. it dont work like that. just click manage attatchments and upload it. simple as that.
