Just a couple of questions.

My tank has finished its cycle, and I just put two percula clowns and a horseshoe crab in. The four original damsels are still there, but only because I have yet to take them out. I'm getting to it. My questions are, do I need to get a "cleaning crew" now, and what exactly does that entail? Also, is this the time when I should install a skimmer?
Thank you all.

Yes, a cleaning crew would be a good idea.
You will need some hermits, snails, and a cleaner shrimp or two if your not going aggressive.
As for the skimmer you should get one as soon as you can afford it.
Also a horseshoe crab will not fit in that tank for long. If you dont have alot of rockwork he should be ok for now. If you do have alot of rockwork then I suggest you bring him back to the store, there is a good chance that he is going to dig under some rocks and then the weight will keep him pinned underneath until he dies.

yep, time for the cleaning crew for sure. they don't count towards how many inches of fish per gallon you put in the tank either.
get a protein skimmer ASAP.
I agree with Sato on the horseshoe crab as well.

I was always told that one snail and one hermit crab for every five gallons of water. That would put you at nine or ten each. That's what I have and it seems to be working good.

Alright, thanks guys. I'll get right on the cleanup crew. Do you think I should order one from here or just go to the LFS and get all of them at once?

If you can afford it ordered it from SWF if not the LFS would be fine. But do take back the horseshoe crab.

I would compare prices.
But i am sure swf is cheaper.
Maybe add another fish or two.
Just make sure to have the damsels out before hand.
