ok, now the brown is hiding out in the corner, almost as if the yellow tang is being super territorial. should i rearrange the rocks? cage up the yellow for a few days to calm him down? i just dont want the brown to get beat up on, hes getting smacked with the tail of the yellow.... :help:
oh yeah, heres a few pics of that crazy algae

ps, sorry for the gigantic pics.

How old is this tank?
How long have you had the fish?
What are your specific water parameters?
Your tangs are fighting because they are basically establishing a heirarchy. Be warned, this often leads to stress which then results in ick outbreaks. THis is one reason why two tangs in a small tank often don't work.

I agree the yellow tang is not liking the powder tang...somebody has to be the boss
unfortunately this stress on the weaker tang ..may lead to ich etc

tank is about 7 months old. fish were all introduced ( with exception to the new tang) around the same time, maybe a week apart. i have no trouble with anythng else. just the tangs. i was skeptical about even putting him in there, i just hope some peace can be brought to the tank. ich outbreaks? from the stress? anyhting i can get to reduce stress levels?
