just a tip for newbies

when you are adding the sand to your tank if you want to aquascape and dont want a cloud keep reading.you simply open the bag of sand wether that be taking off the rubber band or slicing it open,Once you have it open close it again(i know this sounds stupid)Just make sure you can easily open it...Submerge the bag of sand all the way to the bottem of the tank.Then open the bag and slowly shake it or jiggle it out whichever your prefer.This lets you add sand and not have a day long ''sandstorm'' from pouring the sand straight into the tank.Hope this helps some people

If your tank is up and running and you want to add sand then rinse the sand in a bucket first. Then use a funnel and aa PVC pipe to add the sand exactly where you want. You won't have any sand storms and you can add the sand exactly where you want.
