can the mushrooms take over the tank?

Hi,

If conditions are perfect for a certain critter... it will populate. That's life in the ocean, everything has it's balance, but our little fish tanks usually tip one direction or another. So if you have mushroom coral and it's happy, it will populate. As for a "take over" you are in control, so if something is too much, cut it back.

The fx6 is for bigger tanks the g6 isn't worth the money imo. The fx6 is also a better/bigger filter than the g6.
