it seems to be adjusting fine. Oh wait forgot to say what it is, it is a xenia. the only thing that I am worried about is if my puffer will mess with it. if he does he is going back to the LFS.

the puffer will. I plan to add other corals as well and if he eats this I wont want to risk it again. it has been in the tank for about 30mins now and he does look at it and swim up close to it, but that is as far as I let him get.
its not pulsing but is open and swaying in the current. how do I know if it is too much? it isnt leaning over or anything, just not pulsing.
I believe that she called it a pom pom frag

If you have only had it 30 minutes...give it time
Also, how are you going to know if the Puffer will bother it if you keep chasing it away...Just leave it and watch it..you can't chase it away 24/7

I know. I wish fish were like dogs. tell em no and pop them on the butt and they usually wont do it again.

I saw a couple of them at the LFS...they are coral and fish eaters, real bad boys, but really cool to watch swim.
