Just Bought 100 lb of Live Rock....

I just bought a used 75 gallon tank. About 100 lb of live rock came with it. The tank was in horrible shape; I almost cried when I saw it. It is covered with hair algae and aiptasia as big as my hand. But anyway, my question is what would be the best way to get the live rock back into good shape: go through each one shooting the aips with Joe's Juice and scrubbing off the hair algae? This is what I was going to do unless anyone has a better suggestion.
FYI:
1. There isn't that great of coraline cover on it because of the tank's condition.
2. I'm not in any hurry...the rocks are in a rubbermaid container with heat, powerhead, and lighting.

scrubbing is the best thing... also when your curing it make sure have zero light. That will kill the algea that is on the rock. I'm not positive, but that should take care of the Aiptasia as well

yeah, scrub scrub scrub. then no light at all for at least 2 weeks.
or if you don't need it to be live then you can always kill it all and put it in the sun.
