Okay, one of my LFS is going out of business. I went over and bought a MASSIVE watermelon blasto rock, neon green and purple zoos rock, white/green bubble coral, and big yellow zoo polyps for 200 bucks. But i dont really know how to care for them. I am mostly concerned with the bubble coral so please help me out. I will post some pictures of the blastos and other corals as well.

Blastos are low light so any lighting will work for them (dont blast them with light it wont help) feed them cyclopeez or crushed mysis(if you want to feed them), zoas also can be kept under any lighting, almost any flow (the higher the better IMO), bubble coral you want moderate light, low/medium flow feed meaty foods (mysis, cyclops, blended/minced fish meats etcetera).

Okay, sorry i havent been back to post. I drove back to the LFS (20 miles) to go get more! I also picked up a green anthiopora, pearl colt coral, and some other thing the guy threw in for free. They are all in my tank and are doing excelent. I have a 250 watt halide light and 2 96 watt compact lights. Flow is usually high in most areas but i found low flow for the bubble. I will have pics of everything. So all in all, the corals would have normally have sold for about $1100 but he sold them to me for $300. I am soooooooo happy. This blasto is phenomenal! at least 80 polyp things on him. I will take pics tomorrow definately. Please post all your tips.

I didnt post this but i found my 2 clown fish about 4 days ago dead sucked against the overflow. One had a slash acrosse his right cheek and the other one across his lower torso. I believe it was my Coral Banded Shrimp. When i get 2 new ones should i get 2 false or 2 true perculas? any help on this would be nice.

true or false percs, doesnt really matter. most people cant tell the difference anyways. i do think that you should slow down a little bit and research things before you buy them. post some pics for us to see.

That Many Blastos Can Be Toxic In Your Tank!!!! The Best Solution Is To Frag Atleast 20, And I"ll Dispose Of Them Properly Into My Tank. Hahaha.

how long has this tank been up? Size?
not to rain on the parade im usually very optimistic but that is alot of bioload on your tank to add at a time. Each coral makes a substantial change to your water conditions, maybe not in 'waste' like a fish, but the same idea.
Watch your water very closely, we dont want to lose any of those nice specimens
. It sounds like you got some awesome and BIG corals, we want to see pics!

This tank has been set up for a year or so but when i hit a financial wall i stopped the project but now i am back in the groove. I know i shouldnt have got all this stuff with no knowledge but the place may not be open tomorrow. And someone mentioned that too many blastos can be toxic. Was he just kidding to get some frags or was he serious? Tomorrow i have the whole day off so i will take loads of pics. Sorry to build up the suspense but i had a busy day today and i promise i will take them tomorrow.

thanks for your awareness of this. My water has been spot on 100 percent since 1 month after set up. I use no chemicals just phosguard and purigen for filtration. I dont know why but my parameters have been tested by 3 LFS and no tests have said other than perfect.
