How many people have had this happen. You see a thread that you can answer with no comments and you comment, someone beat you to itwith an answer that you couldnt possibly add anything else. Hate it when that happens

Just adding that you agree is worth doing. Some people will say that you're just doing it to raise your post count, but in reality it is a very helpful thing to do. If someone gets one comment on a thread, they probably aren't going to believe that one person completely. It's ALWAYS helpful to back up the information if it's correct just to comfort the OP.

LOL...As much as I hate this
I have to agree...I hate the post count thing....I think that when you get 2-3 people agreeing with the same answer....it reinforces the information

I definitely like the secondary affirmation of a post. Seriously I've asked questions in the past and have received completely opposite answers.
