Well I was just wondering what kind of lighting you have?I have one MH at 175 watts and 2 atinics.What do you have ?????

i think i posted this once before, but i'll do it again just for fun.
16 gallon reef,
2 32w 10000k, and 2 15w actinics.
29 gallon reef,
2 55w 10000k, 2 20w actinics
40 gallon breeder tank,
2 95w 10000k, 2 30w actinics.
everything is in my own custom hoods. and all ballasts are from my local electrical supply store, except for the 2 32w ballasts.
that makes for a grand total of 475 dollars for all three systems! not too shabby if i di say so myself!

2, 175 watt MH Blueline 10,000+K w/electronic ballasts, and 2, 40 watt 50/50 flourescents.
Hey Hondo! Using Metal halides in a 6" hood would heat the water considerably, but could be done with enough air flow, however, the evaporation would be tremedous IMO. Also, I would worry about water hitting the hot lamps and breaking them, and this could hurt your pocketbook!

125 has 2 - 110watt PC's with on smart lamp, and a 10,000k NO,
75 has 40watt NO, but will have Dual 250 MH, now that all the parts have arrived.
46 bow has 110 PC, and 32 PC SmartLamp, But nothing in it
29 Not setup yet, but will have a PC Most likely
10 home Quarentine, 15 watt NO
10 Work 65Watt PC Smartlamp

2 110W daylight VHO on for 4 hours a day
