Just got a Copperband Butterfly

I just got a CBB and I am wondering what I should feed it. Clams? I asked the LFS to feed it and it didnt seem interested. They used Brine Shrimp. Please help. I dont want my new little guy to starve.

Do you have aipstasia and featherdusters in your tank? If you do, you won't as soon as the CBB gets his appetite up. You can try to entice him with some live blackworms. If he goes for those, start mixing in some frozen bloodworms. Try mysis. Try live brine and mix in some frozen. Hope he makes it. Most specimens starve themselves to death.

I do have aipstasia and I am trying to get rid of it so hope he goes for it. Has anyone had any success feeding these guys?

mine started eating flakes the first day and he eats anything I put in the tank.hope you have the same luck I did
