Just got a weird idea...experts tell me if its doable please

hey everyone....I've been a long troller of the boards and wuold like to say thanks alot for all teh sweeet pics and information...now that i'm registered i'm postin like crazy anyhow....i was reading about fuge's and they seem really useful...my problem is i am setting up a variety of tanks because all the pets aren't compatable with each other...so i was wondering...could i have a few seperate tanks and possibly all be connected to the same fuge...so they can all reep the benefits? or is this idea just totally stupid. :scared: . .thanks alot for your help

NO thats definatly a doable thing, just like many LFS have there mutiple tanks run through the same filtration, they are all connected together.
Just remember if something bad happens to one tank then it is likely to happen to all of them.

IMHO it is a great idea, but not very practical. If one tank goes bad, they all go bad. If you go to a LFS if one tank is infected, they all are. Imagine trying to save few tanks at the sametime if something goes wrong.
