i would highly recommend them to anyone. no DOAs and all the specimens look really nice. quick question though, ive heard that the astrea snails cannot turn themselves over well how about the turbo snails from this site? should i go in and turn them all over when i turn the lights on later?

You got the astrea snails unless you ordered the MEXICIAN Turbo's!!! so just turn'em'over when you see them fall!!!!!

I find most snails I have bought around here except for the Queen Conch need a little help when they get tipsy. I keep a long set of planting tongs (for FW tanks) and use them to reach in and flip them over.

Yep, flip em, just like you would a burger on the grill..LOL Like sammy said, if they stay on their backs to long, other inverts get a little grin on their face and might try a snail dinner.
