Just got my T5's?

I just got my T5's ho its the Marineland fixture & has 2 blu actinics & to day lights what kind of cycle would be good? I head to turn on actinics 1 hr bf then turn on all & leave actinic on 1 hr later then daylights is this right?

actinics turn on about 1hr befor the day lights and stay on for about 1hr after the day turn off. the actinics stay on while the day are on to.

I have my actinics come on after the sun comes up and a little natural light filters in throught the curtains. Whats cool is to turn just your actinics on at night and watch some of your corals light up-it's like a black light the way some of them shine!
