Remember my pod tak idea, its cycling now, i was wondering, if the copepod thing doesnt really work out, are there any non photosynthetic corals that would do well under incondesnt lights, in a 1g tank

LOL...there are SOOOOO many different types....where are you located?
I bet you have some local reef clubs and you can get some great stuff

Yes, just checked, no non photos for sale, ca you just list off some non photo corals (besides gorgonians and sun corals) im haveing a hard time finding a definent list

Most zoas, some regular mushrooms, some leathers....you just have to look and read

uuuhhhh, i hate reading

If zoas are non photosynthetic, do you have to feed them under actually good lighting (like MH), cause if you do, i figured out why they died

Maybe not if you had one or two heads but if it is doing well it grows quickly. I would just throw a compact fl 50/50 in there and get a couple zoas or mushrooms or ricordea, if it was me.

If i used a compact floresnt light, would that be ok without spot feeding, or would i still have to feed zoas with that light
