Just upgraded my skimmer!

I just upgraded my skimmer to a Euroreef! I took out my wet/dry and I am going to evenutally take off my prizm and move it to a 20g. I can't wait until it gets broken in!

I've found that the prism skimmer usually ends up on the smaller tanks like an 18g tall used for quarantine purposes.

It's been on for 12 hours and the foam is just below were the cup starts. The only thing I have noticed so far is that the adjustable riser stand does not work real well. It keeps sliding back to its lowest setting.

I put some pipe tape on it and it is ok now. I will give them a call though.

You did send in your warrnty card didnt you? Euro-reef the only way to go but give it a while to break in mine took longer than they said it would.

I just got it Friday so I have not sent in the warranty card yet, but I will. It is almost making foam now. I have turned my prizm to the lowest setting too.
