Juve Emp and Stellatus

I've recently got a juvenile Emperor and Stellatus puffer about a month and a half ago..ive been noticing over the last few days that my Emp has been bullying my stellatus a little, which i don't like.
My question is will this get worse for my stelllatus or will he just learn to adapt. I don't want him getting stressed...he is my favorite fish. Im thinking the Emp does it because the puffer is there for the taking due to him always been out and slow swimming. Theres also a small coral beauty who has seemed to be less visible now that i think about it. They're all in a 125g by the way.....

They've been in the tank together for a little more than a month, and on a couple of occasions i noticed the emp bite at the stellatus side fin. Now i see a white mark at the base of his fin, im assuming caused by a bite from the emp. Now the puffer doesn't seem to run away or hide when the emps around, but he does expose his side and underbelly when the emp shows signs of dominance. I don't want my puffer being stressed or worse being killed down the line. Im seriously considering taking the emp juve back. Its not constant chasing, and the coral beauty is not tattered up. He just hides until feeding time. Let me know what u think?
