I was speaking with the lfs about the use of a K-reactor and advise me not to use one, that I sould be using a dual chamber C-reactor. He point out that there would be extra calcium hydroxide and would start to melt the corals, that I should be using CO2 with the Kalk. I have read a lot of threads on this board about the use of Kalk, I am confused can someone clear things up for me.
The only reason I would actually think this could be true is that I have notice a patch of xenia that has totaly receded and also a area of my GSp has not open it the past few days.:help:
The K-reacrtor has been running from 5/12 topping of about 2.5 liters per day.
