Keeping LS question..

I recently bought 30 lbs of LS, and am going to add it to the tank slowly (over several months) as to not cause a cycle. My question is this, I am currently keeping it in another tank with filter and heater, It is cycling my new filter, but when that is done, what is required to keep it alive?
Lighting?
Heat or no? (room temp about 70 deg)
Circulation vs Filtration?
Thank you!

temp, may help some, but IMO room temp and lighting would be fine, just water, food and circulation is all that you reallly need for sand

lighting in addition to room lighting, the room is well lit with daylight from a window and white walls, (no direct sun on tank), or do you have to have the daylight flourecent bulb on a timer?
Thank you for the replies!

like i mentioned, just room lighting should be sufficient, no special needs for sand, if you want, use a std flo, but I would not spend money on specialized lighting for establishing sand,
All that is needed is a little, like what you have lighting the room. no more, no lesss, IMO
