wats and lumens just indicate poweruse and amount of light produced. there is no direct translation from watts to kelvin. you will need to find a bulb that lists its kelvin to know your getting the right one. if its unlisted here is a simple break down. if the bulb says "soft white, cool white, or warm white" your looking at anwhere from 3500 to 4100 K not what you want. if it says "natural light, or day light your looking at 5500 6500k which is good for plants and algaes. 10k bulbs are generally a salt water specialty bulb so your probably not going to find 10k in a hardware store. if you do you'll be the first.
hope this helps.
