Kent Coral vite and Super DKH

Just got these mushroom and zoas. Got Kent Coral Vite. It says has iodine and vitamins. Does this help mushrooms and zoas?
The website says
Kent Coral-Vite is the premium hard & soft coral vitamin & mineral supplement. It provides exotic trace minerals and complex nutrients for health and vigor and to stimulate growth in corals, anemones, gorgonians, and desirable marine algae. It contains no detrimental heavy metals, gluconates or other sugars, phosphates, nitrates, or silicates. Coral-Vite does not promote undesirable algae growth. Our goal is to provide SLR or Sustained Long-term Results. To this end, Coral-Vite makes the lightest possible use of EDTA and preservatives. These ingredients are necessary, however, to make sure you get a fresh, potent product.
Directions:
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons per 50 gallons of tank capacity every week depending on animal load (1 capful, or 5 ml = 1 teaspoon). Do not dose from the same container as Kalkwasser, but use simultaneously and add directly to tank or sump. Complements Kent Marine Essential Elements.

Is this good to use? Why do they mention using super DKH at same time? I have both. Will the super DKH buffer raise alk to high or stop at 12?
Thanks.

chances are, you don't need kent coral vite. have you tested your water and found it to be lacking? generally, mushrooms and zoos don't require anything more than what's in your salt mix.
they mention both because they want to sell you both.
when are you testing your alk, to find it low?

Thanks Mr X I wasnt sure my first coral (actually anenome?).
My thoughts about the kent vite were really just the vitamins and iodine. I read mushrooms just need iodine sometimes. I read tangs also can use iodine and vitamin and maybe they absorb some from water (a guess). My worry was is it like purple up? Will it be too much iodine?
I got the superDKH when ph was low and to get the coraline algae to start. I dont use it now last test was 12dkh. Getting ready to test again will update.
they mention both because they want to sell you both.
What I was thinking but wasnt sure.
I want to add leather coral later should I use the vite to keep water good. I cant test for vitamins.
The trace elem should be alright I do a 10% change each week with Tropic Marin Pro Reef.

All kent labels throw the kitchen sink of kent products to use in conjunction with their other products
SuperdKH is just a bicarbonate based buffer and works well for that (to maintain your alk/dKH level). I sure would like to know how they referenced that with coral vite. The coral vite is a complete waste. Not saying it doesn't have good or bad stuff in it, you just dont need to add it what so ever. when I first started with corals I used to buy all these products and trace elements thinking they'd make the corals healthier. All you need is good lighting, good water quality (regular water changes included) and occasional feeding (optional IMO if you have fish) for those corals that will take food. Buy nothing else. If you want to buy something useful by selcon or zoacon and soak what you feed the tank with it (fish or corals, doesn't matter). At some point with hard corals you may have to dose calcium carbonate as well (count on it) but skip the GNC supplements for aquaria type products.
