kent marine sea salt

Hi everyone, i am a newbie and i know this a dumb question but really want to get this right. I bought a bag of kent marine sea salt, but there are no mixing instructions! How much salt should i put per gallon of water. I had been using instant ocean before and that was 1/2 cup per gallong. thanks for the help!

Not positive, but I think they are all the same. Should still be 1/2 cup for 1 gallon.

Add enough saltmix until the specific gravity is at the level you desire. If low - add little more.
If you don't have a hydrometer, get one, it's a must.
