Yes, It is designed for in sump use only. Spring Hill is in hernando county Florida. West coast 30 min north of tampa.

If you still have it after X-Mas or in Jan. when I start spring at UCF I'll gladly drive and pick it up then (I'm back home in Ft. Lauderdale now, though I'd still come and get it lol).

I can't believe there are no takers on this. It really is a good skimmer and fairly easy to clean. I have no regrets with mine. Probably works even better with the needle wheel pump. Just my $.02
