Why shouldnt i go with the power center...i need some way to keep the lights on a schedual. I also already have the 700gph overflow and its already put on the tank.

Honestly and not to knock your choices, but junk. They might have updated/upgraded from the past, but they had issues with their power centers and were hazards. Straight junk IMHO. Look at American DJ control panels.

Which one would you suggest?

Regular old powerstrips (or the American DJ switch/powerstip) and a cheap digital or dial with pegs timer would be my choice over the Coralife strip. Next to a power center that you'd get with a controller system I don't know of too many good alternatives.
