Keyhole Limpet??

Found this while re-arrainging rock....is it a keyhole? I have read about this, but cant remember nuthin are they reef safe? Was under a rock with brown polyps

i found one of those also when i bought new live rock. where do you find information on those? are they good/bad, what do they do?
