I don't know if it will help but here is how you make a slim-jim out of a coathanger:
TAKE THE HANGER AND BEND IT SO YOU GET IT INTO THIS FORM:
X 1 X ^
X X |
X X |
X 2 X |
X X |
X X

[hr]
ABOUT TEN INCHES
X X |
X X |
XX XX |
TRIM OFF THE EXTRA WIRE AND TAPE IT AT POINTS 1 AND 2.
THERE YOU KNOW HAVE YOUR TOOL TO BREAK INTO THE CAR,
IT IS KNOWN AS A SLIM JIM.

A brick does the job qiute easy or call the lock smith and have them come open the car up. Once you get it open have a spare key made and tie it up under the frame some place out of sight so yu have a spare if the situation ever arises again.........That spare key under a car and tied or wired inplace will be about the best 2 or 3 bucks you ever spent when its needed. If the vehcile takes two keys one for doors andone for ignition, hide a spare ignition key inside, and tie the door key outside under the car out of sight.

if your windows slide into the grove of the door your only option is a coat hanger or slimjim.
If your window doesnt slide into a grove (like a camaro) the you can take a branch from a tree and pull back on the glass and slide the branch in between the rubber molding and glass, then just hit the power lock button with the end of the branch.
I locked my keys in my camaro once and was amazed how easy it is to unlock the car :scared:
edit: breaking into car 101 LOL!

For future reference, if you are a member of AAA you can call them when you lock your keys in your car and they will send someone out to open up your car.
I know I became a meber for life when this happened to me in Germany. Locked the keys in a rental car and the rental car agency said they could mail us another set of keys and should be there in two or three days. I talked to the clerk at the hotel and he called their auto club, and since I was a member of AAA they sent someone out to open the car. The only thing it cost me was the tip to the clerk.
One time at an old job I got a call from the security guard. He said that Rose had locked her keys in the car and her kid was in there in his car seat in the car. He wondered if he called AAA would they charge us for the trip? Of course the obvious answer was, "Who cares, call them and open up that car!"

If the window has a frame around it, put a wooden or plastic wedge between the door frame and the roof (the top of the door) You can open this area about an inch ot two without damaging anything. This will give you room to work with. Sometimes it's easier to get a stiff wire to the opposite door to pull that handle if it's one that pulls out instead of up. Good luck.
