i have a question,,im a newbi,,um intead of me buing a ro/di,,,can just buy the water were its already filtered out,,like one of those water store's?i know i can save money frm buying the ro/di,,but im olny spending like 50 cents for a gallon,,,is these water safe?sorry for dumb question!!!

You can buy ro/di water from the store or your lfs and a lot of people do this... The only risk you are running is if they really change out their membranes when they go bad.

Thanks for the heads up, sorry to hear he doesnt have the same 1 square foot of the ocean he started with. It gave me hope, hahahahaha. I actually have 4 little aquariasts plus myself and my wife , that want to see a small slice of heaven, similiar to the one in the video. Since seeing the video, I have built my 40 gallon into a reef. All is well and I am relieved to see how easy it really is. If I could pass along one word of wisdom it would be patience. One small addition to your tank, makes the world of difference. I learned this the hard way. Now I wait to make sure the entire system can deal.... or has dealt with any new additions. My 40 gallon is working perfect and it cost very little. I am very happy that so many people can appreciate the work of one insightful/dedicated person. Who is the creator of this video and nano system?
