Wow I just googled it and was amazed, beautiful fish. Anyone now how hard they are to get? And wonder how much they run......they seem really rare.

These fish aren't really that rare or expensive; I think you could get a juvi for well under $100. You sure don't see them as often as you used too. I don't know about availability, they may be seasonal. Several online dealers (The ONLY way to buy fish, IMO.) list them. They're often listed as Passer Angels. BTW, they get very big, I'd think about a 180 gal would be minimum for an adult.

You guys suck I want one! I did find one for sale for exactly 100 bucks. Just have to finish my predator tank first. How are yours as far as aggression goes? Normal large angel or worse?

To be determined....He is still the smallest fish in my tank, I will tell you he is very bold, he may let the Emperor and Asfur chase him, but he never hides from them or ducks away from them. It will be interesting to see how he is as he gets older. They have the reputation as perhaps the bossiest Angel there is.

My dad has a show size Passer that sucker is mean!!! Hes very hardy as well. Like i said before if you plan on getting a decent size one makesure he is the last one introduced.

Probably a good idea. I don't ever buy grown large angels anyway, its too much fun watching them mature and large angels have already adapted to a diet in the wild that can make getting them to eat the foods you offer more difficult.
