I asked a similar question about stocking my 75 with fish and got varied responses, so I was wondering what you think. I've got a 75 reef tank with a 20 sump running a Euroreef ES5-2, I have 60lb of baserock and 50lb of LR.
Here's what I'd like to stock the tank with, the mandrin would be put in after about a year so there would be enough pods on the rock.
1 Foxface Lo
1 yellow tang
1 firefish
1 perc clown
1 mandarin
I hope to have various corals including ricordeas, LPS and SPS

Looks like a plan to me...as long as you are comfortable keeping a couple of active swimmers that can reach about 7"-9" each. I'd think at some point both will be too large for a 75...but in all honestly I'm keeping a hippo and foxface lo in a 55 currently(have had 'em for about a year now) but they'll be goimg to a 100 within a few months.Just go slow and be sure you know the requirements before you add them...I don't see anything radically wrong with your plans myself.

NM Reef, I'm sorry to have to inform you of this but.... I jus called the TANG POLICE!! They should be arriving momentarily to place your hippo in protective custody.
LOL, j/k.

If the manderin does not have enough live food and you are lucky enough to buy one that will eat prepared food the other more aggresive fish may eat all the food before the manderin gets any.
