Koralia #3, start stop noise

Hello - have a koralia #3 running on my tank, I just moved a lot of stuff around and do not have any outlets nearby to plug this into to except an extra outlet on my temperature controller. I just went ahead and plugged the PH into this outlet. The PH turns on and off I would say around 20-30x's a day with the heaters. Will this constant start stop wear this PH out pretty quick? I know that it makes an audible noise whenever it started again and did not know if the constant on off was causing too much stress on the pump.
What does everyone think.

not sure how long it will take, but on/off that many times a day it will eventually wear out, sooner than later.

yes it will kill it..they are not made to run like that..there are new ones they made that are designed to be able to turn on and off on wavemakers and such.
