Koran and Sailfin ?

First off, i was curious if anyone new about what size a koran angel begins to show signs of loosing its juvenile markings. i think he is still to small but hes getting small faded color spots in places. as of now hes about 2 in.

my other question is what do sailfin tangs prefer most. it seems ive offerd him every type of food there is but he never seems to excited about anything.

juvinile angels are a different color so that their parents dont see them as compitition. they may mature colorwise in captivity much faster.

My Sailfin will go for Formula 1 pellets and red dried seaweed with equal vigor.
