I currenlty have a Juvenile Koran Angel in a 95 gallon FOWLR. My new 250 gallon tank arrived Friday and really want to move him over, but from everything I have read, they are not reef compatible. Anyone have expereinces they care to share?
Thanks!!!

never had experience, but i do hear that as juveniles they are reef safe, but as it grows it will start to pick on corals.

i have had them in the past. they will eat your polyps, corals, sponges, some inverts like those tiny anemones that come on live rock. they won't pick at the corals till they get a bit older though. of course i should mention as always there are the exceptions that don't, but 9 out of 10 will act this way. they are on the other hand pretty cool fish so you should decide which one you would rather have a fowlr or a reef. i would make the 95 a reef and make the 250 the fowlr. you can still put anemones in with these angels.
