Koran Changing or Has Disease?

Ok, so I posted on here about two weeks ago about how my Koran Angel Juvie has developed white spots on its sides. Since then the white spots have faded a bit, but are still present. The fish is swimming fine, eating fine, everybody else in the tank is fine. I thought he was just stressed out or whatnot since I had just transferred him in. Well....I got a call from home again tonight and the person looking after them says that his white spots are now turning to yellow. Could the fish just be changing colors, or is this a sign of some off the wall disease? Won't have pictures until tomorrow night. Thanks....

Sounds like it may be a water perameter problem. They are very sensitive to high nitrates, or ammonia. Ick doesn't usually change color.
