LA Fish Stores

I currently go to an LFS pretty far from my home. They have good service, but the owner is not so good... he overprices everything, & sold me a choc. chip with a feather duster! Also, they dont have many captive bred fish, and many fish have ich. So, does anyone know of any LFS near or in LA that are good? Thanks.:)

I have been to Tong's and buy most of my stuff at his store. The owner (Tong) knows his stuff. His reef display aquariums are to die for. Also another store that I goto is called Strictly Fish. One store is located in the L.A area and the other in O.C . I can give the address to you as well if intrested.

Not sure where in LA you are, but go to Jeff's Exotic Fish...they have a web site, so do a search for it. Best prices I've seen...

hey hawk. sorry for the long absence. i have been busy with school so was unable to check the thread. yes i would like to know the address to "Strictly Fish". Yes, at Tong's, the reef tank at the very back is something i dream of. Those of you who seen it would know what i mean. =) . I think the store is own by the brother and the sister. Both are real cool people to deal with. but if u can, can you let me know the address to Strictly Fish? thank you

Buzz, I went to jeff's and might not ever go anywhere else. He had a special on maxima clams and i picked up two of them for 17.00 a piece as well as some mushrooms. awsome place for corals and equipment. His 300 gallon tank is something too.
