Large bubble on Frogspawn

Only a guess, but it could be a couple things. Possibly it is prepsring to spawn, and the bulge could be that build up. Another idea is that it may be some air bubbles are trapped inside. If this is the case, then there is nothing that can really be done.
Just out of curiosity, are these swells concentric around the mouth? Because mine do sell significantly near the mouth on a nightly basis, but it is gone by morning.

my frogspawn is doing that too, it has had a large bubble around its mouth for a few days now, it does seem to look like its trying to split in 4 ways on that head.
so it seems at least, rest of the spawn looks very normal and full

Mine started with 7 heads and now has 13-14...maybe 15...I was tryin to count 'em this morning. That does look like mine when it is developing a new branch. Hopefully thats all it is....keep a eye on it and be patient.

GREAT friggin photo.
1. it just ate
2. it is splitting cuz the water quality is not good.
3. once more I reiterate, poor water quality sends anemonae into complete nervosa breakdown!
4. check the salinity dude!

Lets see
Salinity = 35
Amonia = 0
Nitrites = 0
Nitrates = < 5
Phosphates = 0
Ph = 8.2
Alk = 8 dKH
Temp = 26c
Pretty bad water;)

splitting, whether anemone or coral is a GOOD THING, it is called reproduction. And does not happen when there are problems.

-(sniff sniff) Do yall smell that? - Oh wait, that's Rickter burning the gears up trying to think of something to say. How about "I'm sorry guys, I have no idea what I'm talking about. I just saw finding nemo and thought man, I wanna be a smart fish tank person, so here I am" Dude, your credibility is going down the drain.;)
